Fancy a Challenge?

For the New Year I have put together a challenge. If you would like to join in let me know and I will invite you to the group. The challenge is …. A short 6 week programme to assist you with managing or making some adjustments to your current weight. It is exercise, hypnosis and an online group. It is not a diet but it can sit nicely with your chosen eating plan. It’s free for all who attend my classes.
