Men on Mats
Our classes aim to help you to:
Improve and maintain good posture
Improve muscle elasticity and range of motion
Improve strength and balance
The classes are designed for Men and promoting Men's health
What happens in class?
The class size is 10 men
The exercises are Pilates and Yoga based.
I offer modified poses so that most participants can access my classes.
The classes are 45 minutes
There are no chanting techniques - simply strengthening, stretching and mobilising exercises.
We do use small equipment to bring interest and variety to our classes.
