What to expect in a Yin Yoga Class

The sequences of stretches in our Yin class are designed to enhance sleep by balancing your yin and yang energy. Learn to breathe easily and enjoy that glorious feeling of letting go ... allowing your whole body to drift into deep relaxation.
Our Yin class is suitable for most - even if you haven't any experience of Yoga. The Yoga postures are mat based - we use bolsters and pillows so that you can find comfort in each pose.
The postures are held for between one and three minutes because this allows for a deep and luxurious stretch ... allowing gravity to bring your body naturally into a stretch that suits your body.
