Best foot forward ..... and running tips

Did you know that each foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, 19 muscles and 107 ligaments?

That's a lot of structures in one small part of the body.

Our feet are also incredibly sensitive - have you ever accidently stood on a piece of Lego?

The base of the foot has thousands of receptors which are aware of every move we make.

The next block of four sessions is going to have a segment of the class dedicated to feet. This will be useful for runners who want to learn a short series of pre-run exercises to strengthen their feet and help stabilise their pelvis.
