Would you like to be in our Magic Circle?

This week has seen the return of the Magic Circle. We haven't used these for such a long time.

I'd forgotten how much fun they can be and also how they can really intensify some movements. They are designed to help connect to your core. If you haven't seen one before check out the pictures below.

Magic circles have moved on since Joseph Pilates designed them - metal barrel rings with blocks of wood attached.
