This Saturday at 10am is 'Trigger Point Saturday'
I'll be getting the prickle balls, rollers, bands and soft balls out for an hour of deep tissue massage and fascial release.
I'm not quite sure what this chap is releasing with his ball but rest assured there will be none of that sort of thing going on!
