Blah, Blah, Blah Pelvic Floor Exercise ....

Are you ever in class and your instructor asks you to engage your core and/or Pelvic Floor and you just hear blah, blah, blah...? It's that stuff you were taught during pregnancy but never really remember to do ...... or you have heard it countless times but you don't really get it.... because they are the muscles you work, but never get to see!

I can sometimes see my class glaze over ..if I start to talk about the PF.

So, I thought rather than me waffle on about the structure of the Female Pelvic Floor I have attached a link to a short little video below where you can update or refresh your memory on these extremely important muscles ... knowing which muscles to work and incorporating them into your day could make the difference between dancing it off and wearing Tena Lady!
