Experience a mix of Pilates and Yoga with Emma Charlton's group classes. Each 50-minute session has exercises for all fitness levels, with adjustments for different abilities. After the workout, enjoy 10 minutes of relaxation. Mats and equipment are provided. Join us to improve your strength, flexibility, and well-being in a friendly setting.
