This is an 8 week block of Yoga Classes for beginners to improvers.
I will be guiding you through a sequence of poses with adaptations to make it a safe and comfortable class. We will also be practising breathing techniques and guided relaxation techniques.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga
Is primarily Functional FITNESS principles that are combined with Yoga. The combination increases stability, increased flexibility and strength with stretches and balance poses. FFY is fluid movements which flow through a routine giving a good workout.
