Our feet quite often take a battering from poor footwear to poor posture.

In the short term you might suffer from a painful blister from ill fitting footwear and over the years you may develop a bunion. 

My 15 Minute plan for tired feet will help to relax and soothe them after a long walk or standing on your feet all day.
