The days have shortened ... and the weather has at last changed. I felt the chill of the cold air this morning. Less than a month to Christmas and we still have a couple of weeks of this term left. I have decided to add an extra class before Christmas which will be a daytime class. I am thinking either Yin Yoga or Trigger Point Pilates or may be a mixture of both! These are both slow practices and concentrate on preserving energy with deep stretches and fascial release.
I'll pop a date up and as usual you can book in online. These classes will be suitable for most people. The focus will be to release tension and invite in relaxation. As always, we will have a section of guided relaxation as well.
