Pilates focuses on using your core muscles to stabilise your changing body and it helps to strengthen all muscle groups.
Pilates is a good way to help prepare your body mentally and physically for the changes that will occur over the next few months.

I am a qualified KG Hypnobirthing Teacher and have trained with Gail Tully (Spinning Babies) Molly O Brien (Birth Biomechanics) and Burrell Education.
