All of my classes are listed below. 

Most of my classes run in blocks of 6 or 8 weeks.

I run 2 PAYG classes one on a Tuesday morning at 10am and the other at 5pm 

My Thursday classes are block bookings only.

I first qualified in Pilates 20 years ago and more recently I trained as a Yoga Teacher. I started teaching in The Village Hall, Butcombe about six years ago, in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community. I  offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing discomfort or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, I hope to provide a healing and friendly environment to do so.
